Overview: ServiceTitan is an all-in-one business software for service industries such as plumbing, HVAC, construction, and more. In 2022 they opened a new office in Salt Lake City, Utah. The Hecka Jobs campaign is a campaign I worked on to recruit new hires in the SLC area.
What started with a joke in a brainstorm session, turned into the Hecka Jobs campaign. This colorful idea helped the recruiting team land the hires they needed for the new office location in SLC.

This is the sign that started the whole campaign. This was posted on the new office building months before the rest of the campaign started and before our first career fair in the area.
